Profiles anywhere
Draw a profile across the terrain, or along the fall line through a point – perpendicular to the contours.
Click on the terrain to draw a profile or a road. Every corner of a road gets its curve, the chainage is counted for you, and the longitudinal profile, the cross sections and the volumes follow.
Place the corners of the alignment; a double-click finishes it and you give it a name.
Every corner gets a smooth curve. Right-click a corner to change its radius, or the road for more options.
The longitudinal profile and the cross sections open below the 3D view, with cut and fill along the chainage.
Draw a profile across the terrain, or along the fall line through a point – perpendicular to the contours.
Chainage is counted along the alignment; set the vertical alignment with its intersection points and read the grade.
Sections every 1 to 50 m, at the width you choose, with the terrain, the geology and the design.
Volumes between sections by the average end area method: fill, cut and net, in m³.
Show pipe axes with their invert levels in the profile, next to the ground and the layers.
White drawing with title block in PNG, SVG or PDF; DXF for CAD; DXF for Slide2 slope-stability analysis.
Send a section with its layers to Slide2 as DXF, and bring the Slide2 or RS2 drawing back into the profile.
